Andrew graduated from Birmingham University in 1987, qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1991, and 1 month after gaining his practicing certificate, set up A P Robinson & Co in 1994. The practice started with a few clients and has since grown to become one of the largest independent practices in the region.

While Andrew takes an active role in dealing with clients' accounting and tax requirements specialising in tax planning, it is business development and profit improvement planning that interests Andrew the most, helping clients to maximise their opportunities, increasing their wealth and improving their quality of life. Andrew is devoted to his family and loves to spend time on various outdoor activities, more recently golf!
