Payslips are issued digitally using the payroll software. Employees will have access to a secure portal where current and historic payslips and other payroll related documents can be viewed.

Link to HMRC so we don’t need to manually update each year, or we can update this and have it written out.

If you employ someone in the UK you will need to use a form of payroll services, depending on the number of people you employ, the experience of you and your team and the time you have available you may wish to outsource this functionality to make the most of our experience and allow you to focus on your business.

We tailor our services to you and your business. For some clients, with your approval we process everything, with little to no input from you. HMRC usually take 10 workings days to provide the PAYE references once they have been requested.

Depending on your choice of pension provider the length of time can vary, some, such as NEST can be up and running one the same day.

We partner with Modulr for payment processing on your behalf. From the initial application they recommend it takes up to 6 weeks to go live. This can be quicker if no additional information is required to confirm identification.

We can support you with the initial set up of your Modulr account. Once this is in place, you will need to grant us access at the level you are comfortable and then fund the account. We are then able to upload and, subject to access levels, approve payments on your behalf.
