Rates Relief Grants: Urgent Action Required
We previously believed that there was no application process for claiming the rates relief grants. This is not the case however and action is required to claim the relief.
As a reminder, all businesses eligible for small rates relief grants or rural rates relief are eligible for a £10,000 grant.
All retail, leisure and hospitality businesses with a rateable value of between £15,000-£50,000 are eligible for a £25,000 grant.
We have summarised below the action require for our nearest local authorities:
NORTH EAST LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
Please click here and select Business Grants and support from the menu of services.
You do not need to set up an ‘Account on Achieve’ (this is the first stage on that page) you can continue to access the grant application form by clicking on ‘continue without an account’.
NORTH LINCOLNSHIRE COUNCIL
Please click here and select Business Grant Register.
WEST LINDSEY DISTRICT COUNCIL
WLDC’s website still advises that there is no need to apply for relief and they will write to you, if you are eligible. We will monitor this and update you if things change.
EAST LINDSEY DISTRICT COUNCIL
ELDC’s website still advises that there is no need to apply for relief and they will write to you, if you are eligible. We will monitor this and update you if things change.
